Yesterday at the Fuji Speedway’s first day of testing was dominated by the almighty Nissan GT-R, however today was a totally different story with the top two times being posted by Honda NSXs, from the Epson and Raybrig teams respectively.

It was raining today at Fuji, however it didn’t stop the Epson NSX bettering the previous day’s fastest time by half a second, beating the Impul Calsonic GT-R who was the quickest car yesterday. But it wasn’t only the first two spots that were filed by Hondas; four out of the top five fastest times today were set by a driver in an NSX.
And as everyone’s is feeling a GT-R-indiced madness at the moment, I feel I have to inform you that today’s fastest Nissan was from the Yellowhat YMS Tomica team and it set the third quickest time of 1:34.337, around half a second quicker than the first of the Nismo machines, which set a time of 1:34.868.
In the GT300 class, the fastest car of the day was the Yunker Power Taisan Porsche, but I know none of you are really going to care about its 1:43.337 lap when there were GT-Rs screaming around the track, right?
One thing to mention is that a few of these photos were from yesterday’s testing but I only managed to track them down now.
