It’s a sad fact that outside of Japan, examples of almost any late-model performance car in a condition like this are extremely hard to come across. Generally as soon as a person imports a car like this into their home country it’s almost immediately dismantled and then re-engineered with psychedelic bodykits (Veilside, I’m looking at you), kaleidoscopic paint and chrome wheels.

While there’s nothing wrong with doing that sort of thing if that’s what turns you on, it still can’t compare to a clean example of Japanese engineering like this R32 GT-R that’s currently on sale at Garage Defend. One thing is for sure, the Japanese sure know how to look after a car.
For under 2.3 million yen (RM71560, $22,420 USD) you get a pristine example of JDM perfromance with a host of performance goodies already installed including HKS inercooler, oil cooler and muffler, plus Blitz and Greddy electronics, all topped off with an awesome set of gold Advan RGII’s to contrast against the sublime white paint.
You can tell just by looking at the pic that this thing has been looked after as there is not one noticeable scuff scratch or blemish anywhere inside or out, and as for mileage it’s only done 80,000km.
Although it’s not ostentatious in any way, shape or form, I’d much rather have something like this to call my won than a vinyl-sporting, decal-covered, chrome-inflicted R32. Anyday.
