The other day I noticed a couple of the new Nissan GT-Rs being sold on Motortrader, which is Malaysia’s biggest car sales website. One thing that grabbed my attention was how much more expensive the car is when compared to prices I’d heard them going for in other parts of the world - especially Japan.
I [...]

Okay, for those of you not in Malaysia, today was opening day for this country’s very own high-octane drift film that goes by the name of Evolusi: Tokyo Drift. I’ve just come out of seeing the movie and I thought I’d voice my opinion on what I thought of the flick.
To start, the movie is [...]

Thanks to the guys over at GrandJDM, I’ve been immersing myself in classic JDM culture a bit more regularly of late and have been trawling the ‘net for some fantastic examples of old-school charm.
The Cedric is a car that has been in production by Nissan since 1960, and for those of you out there who [...]

Yeah I know I didn’t post anything yesterday and I truly am sorry. I was working like an absolute mother-bitch and sweating worse than an obese marathon-runner on account of the heat an humidity here in Malaysia.
But enough of my lame excuses right? I’ll make it up to you today with a whole host of [...]

Since I’ve been in Malaysia, I’ve noticed that a lot of the motorbikes, scooters and even some cars, sometimes emit what I can only explain as being an irritating ascending whistling sound, kinda like a mock-turbocharger whine or something.
My guess is that it’s something of a faux performance mod, making the owner think he’s riding [...]

Hey all, I know this blog is only new, though I feel it needs somewhat of an overhaul in order to make it as cutting-edge as possible and to differentiate it from just every other blog on WordPress, or the Internet for that matter.
I’ve just started talking with a graphic design studio here in Johor [...]

Today is the first time since I’ve been in Malaysia that I’ve really been bored, as it’s a Sunday and I’ve got absolutely nothing planned. You see, if I were religious I guess this would be my church day, but since I’m not I’ll just have to find something else to do.
Normally If I were [...]

Alright, going to get a bit off topic now, but I’m sure you can all handle that right? If not, why don’t you just put on some Craig David, cuddle your pillow and cry for a while. I’m sure you’ll feel much better.
So I’m loving being in Malaysia for the most part; the food is [...]

I was reading through an issue of Option this morning - and when I say reading, I mean looking at the pictures as the whole magazine is in Japanese - and I got to thinking about how obsessed everyone is at the moment with the cult of drift.
Now don’t be too hasty if you think [...]

So I just left my annoyingly-cramped and non-airconditioned room in Johor Bahru so I could head over to City Square and grab some grub for dinner; nourishment which ended up being a rather good plate of carrot cake from one of the vendors in the food court on level five.
It seems that every time I [...]
